Last Night's Ghost Hunters

I thought it was pretty good actually. Meat Loaf did an awesome job! My dad always listened to his music and when they showed him for a guest appearance I was like ... "YAY"! I didn't know he made movies too.  I don't know about the water bottle moving though.  Next week's looks good too.

I watched Destination Truth after and loved it!!! I didn't know they had wolves in Egypt!

What did you all think of last night's episode?

I just don't get why they need celebrities to guest.

The Ghost Adventures Team is doing a live Oct. 30 show this year and they are having guests. Not wrestlers, not celebrites, BUT REAL PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS IN THE FIELD like Jeff Belanger, Dave Schrader, Bill Chapel...I mean while I don't like the GAC team...they know how to run a watchable investigation.

Why doesn't Grason take a cue and get real hunters on the show? Oh yea, it's production.

I also think Meatloaf did an awesome job. I loved the way he asked questions and did the water bottle thing. I also like how he wouldn't go back upstairs but respctfully said that Steve and Tango were going up and to make noise if they werent wanted.
Great episode.

Yeah, I don't get the celeb thing. He annoyed me. very much. (Also my bf didn't want him to be on the show, so every time they said his name he stuffed his sock in my face. WHY?!)

I found the DT show to be a lot more interesting.

Meatloaf reminded me too much of a little kid at Christmas.

I "get" the celebrities thing, and at least this time it seemed like the celebrity in question actually wanted to be there and was receptive to the whole experience, but I'm not a fan of it either. You can kind of tell that the girls were a bit annoyed with the whole thing, and I think Meatloaf was getting on Steve's nerves too.

The "culprit" on second part of DT was adorable. The Chernobyl thing was creepy, and not in a good way. And felt a bit exploitative. People lived and died there, man.

I usually hate the whole celebrity thing and was prepared to hate this one, but Meatloaf was actually quite charming and good. He could have his own show, for those who want celebrities. Steve gets a gold star. He puts up with alot from everyone.

I'm on the fence about celebrity appearances. I feel like the team usually isn't in 100% professional mode when they come along, but I don't think any of the appearances has ruined any investigation. How long will that keep up, who knows? I was happily surprised with Meatloaf, he did well.

I thought Meatloaf was pretty eager to help. :) He seemed to of had a blast.

And I was very nerdily excited, I grew up in the 1000 islands! I didn't recognize the people who owned the home, though.

I loved it! But I've been a fan of Meat Loaf's for a long time. :) I don't have strong feelings either way about the concept of having celebrities tagging along, but I liked that he was really into it rather than just standing around like the wrestlers.

About the water bottle, I'm suspicious. He put it there with the intention of it maybe moving, so why didn't they PUT A CAMERA ON IT!? Suspicious.

I enjoyed Meat tagging along with TAPS, too bad he didn't sing for the ghosties. Loved how he scared Steve.
